As an advocate and counselor for 18 years, I have seen all sides of health care disputes from the board room to the court room. This experience, combined with my training and experience in arbitration/mediation, gives me the ability to guide parties to seek a workable solution outside of court, saving time and uncertianty. As a mediator, I go beyond "shuttle diplomacy" and use my experience to understand the parties and work towards a win-win situation. Outside of AHLA's dispute resolution panel, I have served as an arbitrator on the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's Dispute Resolution Panel where I have served on 30 panels over the last 9 years.

1/4 of travel time plus expenses
Unless forty-eight (48) hours prior notice is given, I charge for the full first scheduled day for arbitrations and 1/2 day for mediations.
