Fees and Hours
$300/hour for out-of-area travel
Cancellation charge if dates are canceled with 14 or fewer days advance notice, are equal to half (1/2) of minimum anticipated fees based on scheduled hearing dates, and/or times, where hearing(s) postponed, rescheduled, canceled, adjourned, not completed, completed early (fewer hearing days than reserved or scheduled) or otherwise not taking place (hereinafter collectively "cancellation" or "cancelled"); with Seven (7) or fewer business days advance notice before scheduled hearing date(s)/time(s), cancellation rate is full applicable rate for amount of time reserved.
We will try to work with parties relative to special requests, unusual schedules and/or time tables, proceedings involving hearings in multiple locations, non-consecutive and/or unavoidable partial hearing days without additional charge.
Weekdays from 9:00 am EST to 7:00 pm EST.
