My areas of expertise are in fair market value compensation and business valuation. I have testified as an expert a handful of times. I have been in the healthcare industry for 30 years, in valuation the past 15 or so of those years. I have served in various leadership positions in the healthcare valuation field, have been published numerous times and presented on a local, state and national basis on healthcare valuation topics. I have not served as a neutral previously, but have testified once in an arbitration proceeding.

Fees and Hours

My rate is $725 per hour

I charge for travel time as follows:

Travel time during the business day is charged at 50%. I will make every effort to travel after hours at no cost.

I charge for cancellations as follows:

I do not charge for cancellations

Other information about my fees:

Cases within a four hour drive of Knoxville would incur only mileage, hotel and meal costs.

I limit meetings and hearings to the following days of the week and/or hours:

Any time during typical business hours.

I am willing to schedule meetings and hearings at night or on weekends.
