I am an experienced advocate with over 30 years in the legal practice and am Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law with the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Additionally, I have represented health care professionals in front of state licensing boards in Texas, Nevada, and California. For many years I and my staff have worked with health care professionals in the negotiation and payment of medical bills. I have also acted for 10+ years as a neutral mediator and arbitrator and have recently dedicated myself wholly to assisting others in the resolving of their differences and disputes.

Fees and Hours

My rate is $3200 per day

I charge for travel time as follows:

I only charge for the actually incurred expenses of travel; I do not charge a fee for travel. Most mediations can be done virtually by Zoom or Teams eliminating any travel costs.

Other information about my fees:

I can accommodate half day mediations at $800 a party. I also conduct 2-hour mediations at $400 a party. Mediation preparation is included in the flat fees. My arbitration fees are charged by the day or half day. Pre-arbitration and post-arbitration fees are at $250.00 per hour. I will discuss discounts on these fees for low-dollar disputes.

I am willing to schedule meetings and hearings at night or on weekends.
