My primary expertise is in healthcare valuation, determining fair market value and commercial reasonableness for thousands of arrangements for over 15 years (since 2005). My primary focus has been on valuation of compensation arrangements, but I have also been involved in valuations of businesses and other types of assets (e.g., intangible assets). I also have been involved in assisting clients with pandemic-related relief funding issues. Most valuation work has been prospective, though I have done numerous retrospective valuations. I have not previously testified related to any valuations, but I have been involved in government related discovery and interviews. I regularly publish articles and speak on the topic of healthcare valuation, and I have served in leadership roles at various trade associations.
