Christopher Westbrook

Currently I prefer to be a second. I offer parties the benefit of a diverse professional background and extensive experience across the healthcare continuum. As an attorney, veteran, business owner, human resources executive, and ombudsman, I bring a unique combination of legal, operational, and leadership perspectives to the mediation process. My career has included service in military healthcare, pre-hospital emergency medical services, acute care hospitals, long-term care facilities, physician practices, and medical device distribution. This breadth of experience provides me with a deep understanding of the complex regulatory, contractual, and operational challenges faced by healthcare organizations and professionals at every level. I have worked with hospitals, physician groups, vendors, and government entities, and I am adept at balancing the competing priorities and interests that arise in healthcare-related disputes. My personal and professional journey reflects a longstanding commitment to inclusion, fairness, and integrity. I strive to ensure that all parties are heard and that the process is conducted with the highest standards of professionalism and impartiality. My focus is on facilitating durable, practical solutions that enable parties to resolve their disputes efficiently and respectfully.
