Craig Greenfield
Mr.
I am an excellent listener, astute attorney and creative problem solver with nearly 40 years of practice, over 30 years of which have been in the healthcare field. My career has largely been spent representing, and arbitrating and mediation disputes between, payors and providers. I have arbitrated and mediated many healthcare-related matters involving payment, employment, contract, managed care, technology and financial issues in that time period and have been named a Super Lawyer for my work in alternative dispute resolution in the New York City metro area.

Fees and Hours
I will charge $100 per hour for travel time to and from hearings and meetings held in excess of 50 miles from Melville, NY.
Within twenty-four hours other than for health or exigent circumstances - three quarters of the rate for the time scheduled (e.g., for cancelling a scheduled 8 hour session, the fee would be $2,700) plus all non-refundable expenses. Between 36 and 24 hours, one half of the fee for the time scheduled and beyond 36 hours, there is no cancellation fee but non-refundable expenses will be reimbursed.
I am willing to entertain alternative fee arrangements, such as a discounted daily rate, at the parties' mutual request.
