Based upon 45 years of serving as counsel in trial and arbitration cases, the vast majority of which involved representation of healthcare providers, I have a deep background and fund of knowledge particularly applicable to healthcare cases. Further, I have an appreciation for the practical realities and the challenges of arbitration and mediation for the parties on both sides. My philosophy, developed over many years of experience as a neutral arbitrator and mediator, is to fairly and evenly balance the needs of both sides for an expeditious and economical process, while ensuring that all parties are fairly heard on the merits of their cases.

Education
Fees and Hours
$300.00 per hr., billed in increments of one-quarter hour
$1600.00 flat cancellation fee if no cancellation within 5 business days of start (within 120 hours, exclusive of weekends and holidays)
Full deposits of estimated fees for event, by all sides if splitting fees, are required no later than 15 days prior to event. Any unused deposits will be refunded after matter is finally closed. If full deposits are not timely made by all parties, then hearing or event may be cancelled.
