Fees and Hours
No charge for travel time.
For each scheduled day of hearing: $400 if rescheduled within 2 weeks of hearing date, $800 if rescheduled within 1 week, $800 if canceled within 2 weeks, $1600 is canceled within 1 week and $3,200 if canceled within 24 hours of scheduled hearing date/time.
The American Health Lawyers Association deducts from my hourly fee and retains for the Association a charge of 18% as an administrative fee. Mileage will be charged at IRS rate. Reimbursement for modest lodging will be billed when overnight accommodations are necessary.
