I prepare thoroughly for an arbitration. I start with a case management conference where we discuss how to streamline the pre hearing and hearing processes and then I am involved in the discovery process to ensure that the parties focus on the information they require to proceed to hearing or engage in settlement discussions. I manage the hearings but allow the parties to present their evidence and witnesses supporting their case.

Fees and Hours
I charge for reasonable expenses related to travel, lodging, meals. I do not charge travel time.
Full hourly rate for hearing days scheduled if hearings are cancelled less than 20 calendar days prior to the scheduled hearing unless time can be otherwise filled
