In additional to my training and experience in arbitration, I have more than thirty years of experience representing clients of all types and sizes in a variety of areas of law. I have particular experience in litigating ERISA claims and in representing health care entities in a variety of matters, including employment matters and regulation by professional organizations. My experience also includes complex commercial disputes, including claims of breach of contract, insurance coverage, claims under ERISA by participants, plans and fiduciaries, health insurance disputes, class action defense, breach of warranty, breach of confidentiality and competition covenants, patent and trade dress infringement, claims under the Lanham Act, intentional interference with contractual relations, breach of employment contracts, commercial real estate mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy, probate, will contests and trust construction actions, shareholder and partner disputes. I have appellate, trial and arbitration experience in state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions.
