I have 40 years of litigation experience, trial and appellate practice, primarily litigating in several federal courts around the United States and also in numerous state courts and before administrative agencies. I have litigated and mediated (as an advocate) innumerable employment disputes, and serve as a neutral (arbitrator) on the Employment Panel of the American Arbitration Association.

Fees and Hours
60%of hourly rate for travel time incurred in traveling more than 30 minutes; 40% of hourly rate for travel time incurred in traveling less than 30 minutes. No travel time charged for traveling within 15 miles of downtown Lexington.
8 hours for cancellation of a scheduled hearing date unless cancellation notification is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled hearing date.
From mid-January through early May of each year, I teach a law school class at the University of Kentucky J. Rosenberg College of Law two days per week during the afternoons. I cannot hold meetings or hearings during those afternoons. After mid-May, I typically do not teach any law school class. I can also hold meetings or hearings even during January through May in the mornings on class-teaching days unless I have another meeting or appointment scheduled.
