Mountain, and Eastern Time Zones $1,250, Central Time Zone $1,000 ,Pacific Time Zone $2,000 Plus Coach Air Fare, Taxi and Lodging and two meals if overnight travel is required.
Out of pocket travel costs plus cancellation fees: $ 0 if cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance or due to health issue of party or counsel / $1,000 if cancelled with less 72hours prior to commencement with 1/2 applied to rescheduled mediations. Non refundable travel expenses also assessed.
My daily rate includes (one joint call with counsel, one pre-mediation telephone conference with each counsel, review of mediation statement ). Travel Time is as above. Hourly quote is available. Follow up calls and contacts are billed at $ 675 per hour.
