Fees and Hours
Hourly rate plus expenses for services outside of Denver and Boulder metro area except for proceedings in Dallas, Texas, where only travel-related charge is cost of airfare (no hotel or travel time charge).
$2500 per day for cancellations within 48 hours of mediation or arbitration start date.
Meetings and hearings scheduled outside of normal business hours are charged at the rate of $950/hour.
