There are four reasons why you should hire me as a neutral for your dispute. First, I have served exclusively as a neutral for over 20 years. As a result, I think as a neutral, not as an advocate or an adversary like many attorney mediators who serve as neutrals as one part of their law practice. My thinking patterns have changed and I’m better able to see both sides. Second, I have mediated medical practice workplace disputes between physicians-urologists, orthopedists and radiologists. As a result, I have a practical understanding of the business concerns of physicians. Third, I served as a part time consultant for Adventist HealthCare for several years where I gained an understanding of medical system issues and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations. Finally, I have experience with the healthcare system, as a patient, cancer survivor and health care proxy for my aging mother who has had multiple healthcare issues over the past 25 years.
