Fees and Hours
I do not charge for travel time within Southern California. I charge for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses.
Scheduled hearing time for arbitrations:
1 day or less: Less than 30 days prior to hearing
2 days to 10 days: Less than 60 days prior to hearing
11 days or more: Less than 90 days prior to hearing
For mediations:
1 day or less: less than 30 days prior to mediation session
2 to 10 days: less than 60 days prior to mediation session

Cancellations inside the cancellation period are non-refundable unless that time is rescheduled with another matter.
Hourly rates for work on arbitrations other than hearing time is $1500 per hour (Southern California).
Mediation fees are $13000 for full day (including up to two hours of preparation time) and $9000 for half day.
Weekend rates for arbitrations/mediations are $14000 per day for mediations and 16,000 per day for arbitrations.
