Fees and Hours

My rate is $500 per hour

I charge for travel time as follows:

I do not charge for travel time so long as travel drive time is fewer than four hours. However, all travel expenses would need to be paid by the parties.

I charge for cancellations as follows:

If a hearing is cancelled, I would charge for all prep time incurred and all expenses incurred prior to the point of cancellation.

Other information about my fees:

I am willing to discuss a flat negotiated fee for a case.

I limit meetings and hearings to the following days of the week and/or hours:
