Leases of medical practices; 4. Office sharing between physicians; 5. Compensation for physicians, practices, medical vendors and clinical facilities; 6. Employment of physicians and other professional staff; 7. Independent contractor agreements with hospitals, clinics, physicians, medical practices and vendors; 8. Termination or denial of hospital privileges; 9. Insurance reimbursements; and 10. Non-compete and related restrictive covenants. 11. Title VII, ADA and FLSA claims.
