$125 per hour
Also expenses at the federal per diem rate.
Within 7 days of hearing - four hours at meeting and hearing rate, plus any non-refundable expenses.
The same fees are charged for Zoom or other electronic media communications. I have mediated at least 300 mediation cases via zoom and 60 arbitration cases where at least one party was on the phone.
For hearings and mediation sessions, a minimum of four hours per day.
