I strongly believe that mediation and arbitration are the best means for parties to resolve disputes, if agreement for a resolution cannot be reached. I am objective and have represented parties on both sides of a number of issues, including benefit claims, reimbursement, peer review matters and non competition agreement enforcement. As such, I have a keen ability to understand both sides of an issue, which makes me better able to render a fair and impartial ward based upon the established facts and applicable law. I strive to achieve a fair result while following the applicable law.
