Fees and Hours

My rate is $250 per hour

I charge for travel time as follows:

Local travel time in the DC/Baltimore/NoVA area is included. All mediations must be at least 4 hours. For other travel please contact me to negotiate a rate.

I charge for cancellations as follows:

Responsible for all preparation and travel costs incurred. If mediation is cancelled 24 hours in advance no additional fees incurred. If mediation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice 50% of daily rate in charged.

Other information about my fees:

Minimum 4 hours required for mediation. Contracts also available.

I am willing to schedule meetings and hearings at night or on weekends.
