I have represented numerous for-profit and nonprofit long term care providers, hospitals, nurses, and physicians in health care liability claims for approximately 25 years and the previous 12 years doing primarily insurance defense and some plaintiff's PI work, including numerous trials . I quickly grasp the issues on both sides of a dispute. I have much experience evaluating the merits of health care liability cases and placing reasonable values on those claims. I am form General Counsel and current President of the Board of a 5 star 160 bed nonprofit long term care facility in Memphis. I have tried numerous cases to verdict over my 30+ years of law practice and have served as an advocate in hundreds of mediations in health care liability claims and have tried numerous cases to verdict in 37 years of practice.
