Fees and Hours
$305.00 per hour for travel to/from locations outside of Texas plus reimbursement for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses. No time charges but reimbursement for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses for travel to/from locations within Texas but outside of Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. No time charges or reimbursement for travel to/from locations within Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
One-half of scheduled fees are earned and not refundable if cancellation less than three (3) days in advance of event for any reason other than death, illness or settlement of case. All reasonable out-of-pocket expenses chargeable and incurred are reimbursable without regard to cancellation.
All estimated fees and reimbursable out-of-pocket expenses due and payable in full and in advance of event.
