I am uniquely qualified to act in the role as a mediator because of my longevity and extensive, significant experience in the healthcare legal profession. As demonstrated in my profile and biography, I have the ability to efficiently and effectively act in this capacity, and have done so in my previous positions. By representing so many diverse healthcare clients, I will act in this role in a fair and impartial manner. My vast and unique experience will help facilitate the disputed parties coming to a resolution. I have been so intimately involved with the healthcare industry over many years, as a leader, business advisor and practitioner in the field, which has allowed me to understand the "business" of healthcare, which is invaluable when trying to mediate and resolve disputes.

Fees and Hours

My rate is $495 per hour

I charge for travel time as follows:

General hourly rate of $295, but I am willing to make accommodations for local travel (i.e.. NJ, NY, and CT) and travel beyond those locations, as warranted. Additionally, I am willing to discuss a fixed daily rate for travel and mediation under certain circumstances.

I charge for cancellations as follows:

Preparation time, if any, will be charged, but otherwise, there will be no cancellation charge if provided with a 72 hour notice of such cancellation.

Other information about my fees:

None.

I limit meetings and hearings to the following days of the week and/or hours:

I am willing to work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
