I do not charge for travel time, but my travel expenses beyond 100 miles of Austin, TX will be divided equally between the parties and billed after the mediation.
Fee for cancellation of in-person mediations withing 48 hours.
Payment is due before or on the day of the mediation session. The above $2,700 daily rate is for a two-party dispute ($1,350/party) for an eight-hour session held via Zoom, and includes up to three hours per party of time for reviewing pre-mediation statements and conducting pre-mediation conferences. For in-person mediations, the rate is $3,200 for a two-party dispute. For multi-party disputes, each party is charged $1,350/party (Zoom) or $1,600 (in person). Additional prep time will be charged to the respective party at $350/hour.
