I have over thirty years of experience resolving disputes as a mediator and arbitrator. In addition to subject matter expertise, I have management skills and knowledge of arbitration law and procedures. As a mediator, I have extensive experience with managing the dynamics of a mediation including a deep understanding of how to manage a negotiation, avoid and break impasse, and how to help the parties obtain a durable agreement.

I charge for reimbursement of actual expenses. I do not charge for travel time.
I request one week advance notice of a cancellation. Otherwise, I charge a $1,000. cancellation fee.
