Nonetheless, when parties request a decision I do not believe one should "split the baby;" I believe the arbitrator has a duty to decide the question presented by the parties.

Fees and Hours

My rate is $750 per hour

I charge for travel time as follows:

The charge will depend upon the location of the proceeding. Generally, time used solely for travel will be charged if it exceeds 2 hours at an hourly rate unless a flat rate is agreed upon at the time of engagement.

I charge for cancellations as follows:

Preparation time prior to notice of cancellation will be charged. In addition, a one-day charge will be assessed if notice is given within 3 business days of the scheduled hearing.

Other information about my fees:

My fees are negotiable based upon the circumstances of the parties and the nature of the issues being presented. Where hourly charges are preferred, my hourly charge is $800, charged in quarter-hour increments.

I am willing to schedule meetings and hearings at night or on weekends.
