Fees and Hours

My rate is $1800 per day

I charge for travel time as follows:

Arbitration Travel Time: There is no charge for travel time. However, the cost of travel, overnight stays, meals and lodgings are not included in the pre-day fees and will be included in a billing statement. Note: I offer virtual/video conference hearings.

I charge for cancellations as follows:

Kenrick requires fifteen (15) days’ notice prior to the arbitration date for cancellation or postponement before the arbitration date in order to cancel without incurring a charge. If cancellation occurs within fifteen days (15) days of the arbitration hearing date 1/2 the arbitration fees will become immediately due.

Other information about my fees:

PER DIEM AND FEES Kenrick’s Arbitration fee is $1500.00 per day. A Full day includes two (2) hrs. minimum through eight (8) hrs. maximum. Arbitration cost are usually divided equally amongst the parties unless otherwise agreed to or ordered by the court.

I am willing to schedule meetings and hearings at night or on weekends.
