If cancelled greater than 48hrs prior to the start time of the hearing or meeting , then a full refund of all monies paid will be provided except any costs incurred for prepaid travel expenses will be deducted. If cancelled less that 48hrs prior to the start of the scheduled hearing or meeting then a $400. cancellation fee will be deducted as well as any pre-paid travel expenses.
