I have been every representative in a peer review matter, representing physicians, medical staff, Board of Trustees, Hearing Officer with full decision making authority and as a judge assisting the panel members. I have 37 years experience as a health lawyer. I am primarily a litigator and am able to mediate/resolve all types of health care matters. I further lecture on credentialing, privileging, and peer review to the Florida Bar Certification Review Course and have done so for the past five years.
