Kristi Harrington
Having served two terms on the South Carolina Circuit Court, I have the unique vantage point of observing counsel and the jury. I tried to verdict over 250 jury trials and conducted numerous motions and non-jury trials. My experience allows me to thoroughly analyze the case by applying the law to the facts while understanding all the complexities and uncertainties of trial. After retiring from the bench, I have conducted numerous mediations with a high settlement rate. I completed my 40 hour training at the National Judicial College and have been consistently honing my skills through classes and presentations.
