I have presided over hundreds of arbitrations as Sole Arbitrator, Panel Chair and Panel Member having been serving as an arbitrator since 1994. My background has provided me with a diverse range of experience - Attorney, CPA, Receiver, Businessman, Mediator, Arbitrator and Consultant - that I bring to every arbitration. I have trained arbitrators in chairing panels and dealing with delay tactics and there currently is an on line "How to" video I made on arbitration for the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar. I understand that the parties choose arbitration for a reason and I work towards a fair but efficient process.

Fees and Hours
No charge within Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. I do not charge for my time to travel outside of South Florida but expect the parties to pay airfare, hotels and other reasonable costs.
$750 for cancellations within 4 business days of a scheduled mediation or arbitration hearing.
No limit but most of what I do is virtual.
