I have served as an arbitrator/mediator/private judge for the over 35 years and have issued nearly 300 written awards. That depth of neutral experience as well as my background as lead counsel in over 250 federal lawsuits, has afforded a deep understanding of the nature and processes central to dispute resolution. Parties should expect, and my goal is to provide, an arbitration proceeding that is timely, efficient, handled expeditiously and with the least expense necessary to arrive at a fair and timely resolution of their dispute. Each case receives the individualized attention it deserves. I am easily accessible when the need for a motion or discovery dispute arises.
