Travel: Will not charge for travel time where there is a non-stop flight to and from city of final hearing from Houston, Texas on Southwest Airlines, including but not limited to, Albuquerque, NM, Amarillo, TX, Boise, ID., Belize City, Belize, Columbus, OH, Corpus Christi TX, Lubbock, TX, Midland/Odessa, TX, New Orleans, LA.
Extraordinary travel delays caused by weather or other events will be charged at 50% of regular rate.
Will also drive to Beaumont and into Louisiana as far as Lake Charles. Travel time at 50% of regular rate.
Two hour minimum charge at standard rate on all matters, including those settling following preliminary management and case scheduling conference.
Cancellation fee: 100% cancellation penalty of all Final Hearing days if cancelled or rescheduled within 31 days, regardless of whether other work is booked for those cancelled/rescheduled days.
