I am fair and I understand the unique nature of the health care industry. Although I started my career working for an academic medical center, I have extensive experience representing payors in regulatory matters so I understand how the parties' businesses operate. I have extensive, current experience as both an arbitrator and mediator and as an advocate so I appreciate the processes and the challenges from multiple perspectives. I work with parties to tailor discovery and the proceeding to the matter at issue and the parties' needs. I have been involved in proceedings conducted via WebEx, Microsoft Teams and Zoom so am familiar with the technology and comfortable using it but also am available for in person proceedings.
