Fees and Hours
If traveling by auto more than 50 miles from my home, I charge the current IRS standard mileage rate for my travel expenses. I also charge the IRS standard mileage rate for my travel time.
If traveling by train or plane more than 50 miles from my home, I charge the IRS standard mileage rate for my travel time and actual out of pocket coach fares for my travel expense.
If cancelled more than 5 days before the scheduled hearing date - no charge.
If cancelled within 5 calendar days before the hearing - 25% of the daily rate is charged. If cancelled on the day of the hearing - the full daily rate is charged.
My hourly fee for arbitration and mediation work is $175/hour
