I feel that I provide valuable services because I take the time to listen to the parties, to review carefully the evidence and law, and to make decisions or propose solutions that are equitable, just, and practical. I work extremely hard to provide timely and affordable services. I communicate well with attorneys and clients and can readily adapt to changing circumstances. Fees and Hours
I do not charge for travel time within the Dallas area. I do charge for travel time outside of the Dallas area at $100.00 per hour.
Cancellations are charged at $250.00 per case per half day session and $500.00 per case per full day session.
Half day mediation sessions (up to 4 hours) are charged at $500.00 per party per session. Full day mediation sessions (4 - 8 hours) are charged at $1,000.00 per party per session. Arbitrations are charged at $500.00 per party per half day session and $1,000.00 per party per full day session.
