I have experience representing both employers and employees in employment discrimination, retaliation, and harassment cases. I spent several years at a large law firm representing defendant-employers of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies down to sole proprietorships. My current practice primarily representing employees in employment matters. I have represented both many medical professionals and a major hospital system in employment matters. As an arbitrator, I have presided as arbitrator over cases across the spectrum of employment law. I hold a certificate in mediation from Northwestern University and have received additional mediation training through the Ohio Supreme Court, AAA, and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Fees and Hours

My rate is $350 per hour

I charge for travel time as follows:

$300/hr for travel outside Northeast Ohio.

I charge for cancellations as follows:

There is no cancellation fee, except for any costs that cannot be reimbursed from another source.

I am willing to schedule meetings and hearings at night or on weekends.
