Fees and Hours
"Travel time" is charged only for travel outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
If a party or the parties cancel a hearing within 14 days of the first day reserved for a merits hearing, unless otherwise agreed I may charge a fee of 50% of the expected number of hours scheduled for a hearing.
I do not charge for office operational expenses but will charge at cost my out-of-pocket expenses to attend hearings or meetings (travel expenses, parking, etc.).
