Education
Fees and Hours
I do not bill for travel time. I do, however, seek the reimbursement for reasonable travel-related expenditures.
I reserve the right to charge a $6,000 cancellation fee in addition to all time and expenses incurred, if the final arbitration hearing is cancelled with less than 15 business days' notice.
For final hearings, I charge a flat $6,000 daily rate. All other matters are billed at my $700 hourly rate.
