Arbitration Approach: Upon conclusion of the arbitration, the parties will know, regardless of outcome, that I was: (i) responsive and available to the parties throughout the proceeding; (ii) allowed or ordered discovery as reasonably needed by the parties to present their claims and defenses fully and fairly; (iii) exercised my authority and issued rulings, when and as needed, which prevented unnecessary delay, consistent with the arbitration goal of being more streamlined and cost-effective than civil litigation; (iv) treated the parties, their representatives, and their witnesses, respectfully throughout the proceeding; and (v) issued a decision and rulings, including rulings on any dispositive motions, which were clearly explained and well-reasoned.
