Fees and Hours
If the travel time takes less than a half day, I charge for travel expenses only, but not for travel time.
If travel time takes half a day or more I charge at my daily rate, plus travel expenses.
If a setting is cancelled at a time or under circumstances when I cannot fill that time with another mediation or arbitration, I reserved the right to impose a cancellation fee on one or more of the parties in an amount up to half the amount that would have otherwise been due.
I teach Negotiation and Mediation courses at the University of Texas School of Law, currently on Mondays and Tuesdays during the school year. Therefore, during the school year I am available Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
I am willing to work on nights and weekends, but only when no other time is available.
