I am an experienced neutral with substantial experience as an arbitrator and mediator. I am able to draw upon my experience as an expert in alternative dispute resolution, a leader of ADR organizations, an ADR practitioner at one of the world’s largest law firms, and General Counsel of a Fortune 10 healthcare company to help parties resolve disputes of all shapes, sizes and complexity. I have deep experience in health law. At Hogan Lovells, I represented hospitals, medical device companies, pharmaceutical companies, health insurers, and health trade associations in high-stakes litigation and government investigations. In my senior leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, I represented our health benefits and services organizations. And as a neutral, I have arbitrated and mediated many disputes involving healthcare entities and health law issues.
