My rate is $295 per hour

I charge for travel time as follows:

I charge for travel at a negotiated rate that depends on the requirements.

I charge for cancellations as follows:

I do not charge for cancellations unless I have already travelled out of the area.

Other information about my fees:

I am willing to discuss flat rates if that is preferable to the parties.

I limit meetings and hearings to the following days of the week and/or hours:

If necessary, I will schedule a meeting on weekends or have phone conferences at night. I do not limit mediations to specific days or hours.

I am willing to schedule meetings and hearings at night or on weekends.
