Fees and Hours
Travel time is included in my daily rate along with follow-up and preparation time for mediations. I charge $1,000 for study, research, preparation, decision/award. I charge $4500 daily for multi-party proceedings. I am proficient at Zoom mediations and arbitrations.
I do not charge for cancellation within 48 hours. Within 48 hours, I charge a $250 administrative fee.
