Fees and Hours
I do not charge for travel time or expenses for hearings and mediations in the Austin, Texas, area, nor do I charge for expenses and travel time for most hearings in the San Antonio, Texas, area. For cases outside these areas, travel expenses are paid by the parties, and $175 per hour travel time is charged.
If the mediation or arbitration is canceled or postponed within 30 days of the scheduled mediation or hearing start, a cancellation fee of six hours per reserved hearing date applies unless the reserved dates can be rebooked.
