I have over 20 yrs as an arbitrator, including writing and researching arbitration issues and have arbitrated healthcare issues. Fees and Hours
Hearings and Prep: My fee is $ 320/hr, and AHLA will charge for its fee $ 70/hr for a total of $ 390/hr.
Travel: Time at my hourly rate plus expenses, for travel outside of Dallas, Texas.
Travel time and expense actually incurred; and, $ 1,200. if the cancellation is within 15 days of the Hearing/meeting on the merits.
Deposits are due within 15 days of request, and no later than 30 days prior to Hearing/meeting.
