I have many years of experience mediating cases and helping parties resolve disputes. My goal in every mediation is to provide both sides the opportunity to fully discuss the issues and explore all avenues of resolving the dispute and making their own determination of the best course of action to avoid the uncertainty, expense, and delay of continued litigation. I conference with counsel in advance of the mediation as well as after the session to assist them in reaching a resolution.

Fees and Hours
No charge for travel within 50 miles of Pensacola, Florida. Travel time billed at half the customary hourly rate for actual time traveled only.
No cancellation fee if mediation is rescheduled prior to five business days before a scheduled session. If within five days, a minimum cancellation fee of two hours is charged.
