Fees and Hours
My mileage is reimbursed at a rate of $0.58/mile driven. When the distance is less than 50 miles, mileage is the only charge.
If the mediation or arbitration requires me to fly, then I will expect full reimbursement for the plane ticket, rental vehicle, and hotel room.
If the cancellation is one month in advance, I do not charge for cancellations. If the cancellation is less than one month out then I will charge a small fee for the cancellation, with the understanding that the fee will increase should the cancellation be closer to the hearing date.
My hourly rates above are my total hourly compensation. I am flexible regarding many of my fees. I am always willing to work with the parties and tailor my fees according to the dispute, as I do with my procedures as well. I may require an initial advance deposit to pay my fees, or in some cases I will waive that requirement. Each dispute is different, and therefore, my fee schedule will be different for those disputes.
I have no limits regrading my meetings and hearings other than my availability for any given day, week or month. Please call my office for my availability.
