I have extensive experience in the areas of Medicare/Medicaid fraud and abuse, including both Stark and the Anti-kickback statute, and the False Claims Act. As an advocate I have successfully resolved numerous significant False Claims Act cases in this subject area. This experience, combined with my mediation training at the prestigious Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, make me highly qualified to assist in achieving the resolution of such cases.
